We have designed and managed assessment programmes for a range of different selection processes including those for senior or sensitive appointments, or for a series of appointments during mergers and acquisitions. 

 

From an initial brief we can identify competencies and benchmarks for potential roles and create appropriate assessment programmes and support materials using a range of different assessment methods that include aptitude tests, personality questionnaires, one to one meetings, role play and workshops. 

 

If necessary we can design and manage the whole assessment for selection process. 

This has the benefit of not tying up internal resources and can often increase the speed in which the selection process is completed.  We pride ourselves on providing our clients with a written assessment report within 48 hrs of assessing a candidate. 

 

Sometimes the selection process needs to be delivered in-house and in these cases we can assist by providing support and training to in-house staff.  We can provide as much or as little support as is necessary which could include training assessors, creating support materials and preparing potential candidates.
