Team Builder. It’s all about addressing the important issues; asking the right questions and listening to the answers. We get teams to take responsibility for their own improvement by giving them a way of turning their weaknesses into their strengths.

 

A measured approach

 

At the heart of Team Builder is a model called the ‘9+1 factor’. It’s how we measure team performance, and it’s based on proven consultancy theory and our own practical research. We measure nine critical factors that affect one team’s performance.

So how does it work?

 

1 In-depth online questionnaires for everybody in the team. (They’re anonymous.)
2 Two team reports (one for the team leader, one for their team) based on the results of the questionnaires.
3 A review of the results with one of our consultants.
4 Two team meetings (one with the team leader, one with their team) to talk about the big issues from both reports.
5 Action plans for the whole team.
6 And a full review at the end.
