Cedar Talent Management offers a centre of expertise and excellence for coaching with a first-class portfolio of professional, supervised coaches. Our best practice approach is to provide our clients with a diverse academy of coaches, who offer an eclectic and extensive range of experience, knowledge and expertise.

 

All Cedar coaches are externally qualified.  The training element of our internal coach accreditation programme is externally recognised by the Association for Coaching.  Coaches are also required to have external consultative supervision with a suitably qualified coaching supervisor as well as managerial coaching supervision with Gladeana McMahon, our Director of Professional Coaching Standards.

Executive coaching – designed for those individuals with a focus on development to introduce greater self-awareness, team effectiveness and enhanced performance.
First 90 days/Onboarding coaching – our customised programmes are designed to increase retention and encourage the new talent to swiftly engage and contribute productively to their new roles.
Leading change – including leading in challenging times, redeployment and career coaching following major reorganisation or as a result of significant growth.
Top Team Facilitation – developing competent strategy and leadership in conjunction with organisational goals.
Transformation coaching - (for example, presentation/impact, stress, building confidence, personal challenges) – as part of any programme, a review is conducted looking at styles of behaviour or communication, often using video feedback in an interactive session.
