Our best practice approach is to provide our clients with a diverse academy of coaches, who offer an eclectic and extensive range of experience, knowledge and expertise.
All Cedar coaches are externally qualified. The training element of our internal coach accreditation programme is externally recognised by the Association for Coaching. Coaches are also required to have external consultative supervision with a suitably qualified coaching supervisor as well as managerial coaching supervision with Gladeana McMahon, our Director of Professional Coaching Standards.
