Over 20 years’ experience with
Barclays plc, culminating in the role of Change Director, prior to
moving into consultancy in April 2002. She spent two years in Change and
Talent management with Penna plc, before moving to Fairplace in 2004.
She was appointed Head of Talent Management in May 2005, and was
appointed the new Chief Executive of Cedar
Talent Management
with effect from 1 July 2008. Her main areas of
knowledge and expertise include the behavioural aspects of change and
senior team facilitation & development.
Qualifications
A.C.I.B (1986); qualified user of range of Assessment/Development
Centre tools and materials including Hay Emotional Competence Inventory;
Coach, accredited by the Association for Coaching.
