Profile

 

Jason has over 10 years experience in helping organisations improve business performance through the development of their people. As a Business Psychologist, he specialises in implementing best in class talent management solutions that drive the behaviours required in high performing organisations.

 

Jason is experienced in identifying and building capability in high potential leaders, succession planning, designing talent management frameworks and implementing assessment and development centres. He has successfully delivered these interventions to a wide range of public and private sector clients including financial services, retail, utilities, engineering, and manufacturing companies.

 

Prior to joining Cedar in 2009, Jason worked as an Associate Partner at Gallup, helping clients to improve organisational performance by increasing employee and customer engagement. He has also worked as a Senior Consultant at ASE – a psychometric test publisher and Cubiks – an international HR consultancy formed by PA Consulting Group.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

Jason holds a BSc degree in Psychology, an MSc in Occupational Psychology and is a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).  He holds Certificates of Competence in Occupational Testing, Levels A & B, and is a qualified and experienced user of: OPQ-32, MBTI, 16PF, PAPI, NEO-5, and EIQ.
