Jo Bond

Head of Coaching


Professional Profile


Jo has over 30 years’ experience in career coaching, mentoring and human resources consulting, initially working in-house for British Airways and 3i plc, prior to launching a successful internal communications consultancy in 1991 and then joining the management team at Coutts Consulting in 1994. Initially within Coutts Jo was the UK Marketing Director and after two years was promoted to Group Director Marketing, Communications and HR covering 12 countries.

In 1998, she joined Right Management as UK Managing Director progressing to General Manager for Southern and Central Europe, as one of the 16 GMs globally responsible for a $400m p.a. revenue business.


Jo joined Savile Group Plc in 2008 and she is currently the Chief Operating Officer and Director of IDDAS, Savile’s Board-level Mentoring and Coaching Practice.

Jo's HR consulting experience includes many leadership, development and change initiatives working across several different sectors. Her financial services experience encompasses her eight years at 3i, together with successful assignments in banking and insurance both within the UK and internationally.
