Kerry Neal

Client Director


Profile

Having started her career within HR at Cable & Wireless almost 10 years ago Kerry moved into the specialised field of Learning and Development in 2000. After a move to New York Kerry further developed her career in Learning and Development working within the Leadership, Learning and Development function for Barclays Capital. Kerry moved into Consultancy in October 2005 and is now a Client Director for Cedar Talent Management.
 

Her main areas of knowledge and expertise include Talent and Leadership Development

 

Qualifications

Diploma in Change Management, Brikbeck University, London. Accredited use of behavioural competency frameworks. Qualified to provide SHL and Fairplace 360 feedback.

Experience

  • Design and development of Talent Management Strategies for a range of clients from Graduate to Senior Managers

  • Delivering assessment and development centres

  • Feedback of a range of psychometric and diagnostic tools

  • 1:1 coaching of individuals.

  • Design and deliver management development interventions

Other Experience

As an internal Learning and Development Manager in Cable and Wireless and Barclays Capital, Kerry managed the performance management process, Training Needs Analysis, developing learning curriculum’s, providing specific training needs for different functions and the delivery of soft skills training.
