Sandra has a strong background in coaching, learning and development and
facilitates a wide range of team building, interpersonal and
communications skills programmes for individuals at all levels and
across many sectors. Her recent work includes designing and implementing
single interventions to develop influencing, negotiation and
presentation skills and to address specific issues such as managing
client relationship and diversity. She regularly co – facilitates
residential and team events focused on leadership skills. Her focus is
very much geared towards helping teams and individuals clarify what they
want and helping them to achieve it.
Coaching Style
Sandra has extensive experience in executive coaching at a senior level
across many sectors. She specialises in working with individuals that
have significantly increased/changed their responsibilities or are
unsure of the ‘what next’, providing support and challenge to
individuals on their career path and guiding individuals who are leading
and implementing major change and re-structuring programmes.
Prior to joining Cedar
Sandra held senior HR roles at Scottish Power,
Marks & Spencer along with Clydesdale Electrical Rail.
Qualifications and Training
Sandra has a Master of Arts Degree from Glasgow University. She is a
qualified psychometric assessor and a member is a member of the
Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
