We conducted a joint research initiative with Cass Business School which identified a framework of ten clusters that differentiate very effective and less effective performers in senior roles. The research was based on the use of the the repertory grid technique originated in the field of clinical psychology by George Kelly, to interview senior managers with between five-ten years experience.

The research has been used to develop a brand new, online 360 degree assessment product, Talent Tracker 360. This gives HR Directors the ability to clearly measure an individual against a set of desired competencies required for effectiveness. This gives an assessment of those capable of high performance and those in need of development , enabling organisations to clearly establish their future talent in management and over time, allowing the development and growth of their talent right across the business.
