Our Coaching Forum is consistently expanding and now totals 40 qualified coaches nationwide, operating from offices in London, Northampton, Reading and Manchester. Gladeana McMahon, Director of Professional Standard, is responsible for the recruitment and supervision of our coaches and she is recognised by The Independent as one of the UK’s Top 10 Coaches and is also a Psychotherapist and qualified Supervisor. She is also an internationally published author.


Accreditation of Coaches


As well as requiring exacting standards including qualifications, sector experience and delivery hours, we run our own in-house accreditation programme, which is externally recognised by the Association for Coaching.


Coaching Experience


Our experience is extensive and covers diverse coaching methodologies from a Psychotherapeutic base including Cognitive, Behavioural, Gestalt and NLP approaches. All recruits to the Forum are subject to a minimum number of supervised hours and commitment to continuous professional development (CPD).


Working alongside other Resource Solutions


As part of the offering, we have a strong capability in Psychometric assessment as well as 360 feedback. Our Talent Tracker 360 tool is increasingly used at the outset and completion of a Coaching programme to assist in the effectiveness of the intervention and the all important evaluation process.


Innovation – through Research and proprietary technology
One of our key values is the commitment to raising professional standards in coaching through editorial comment. We continually publish articles and are considered as ‘Thought Leaders’ in our field.


Evaluation
We consistently encourage formal evaluation and remain committed to qualifying return on investment for our corporate clients wherever possible. As part of our commitment to this area, we are developing a number of initiatives informed by research to strengthen this aspect of our offering.


Strong Sector Experience
Our coaches have a wealth of knowledge and experience within both private and public sector. Cedar Talent Management was awarded SCAT category 10 - Human Resources Services and Training in 2003.
